Whether you are looking for your first condo, selling your home and moving across town, or helping an elderly relative transition to an assisted living situation, you can rely on me to be a proactive, trusted, advisor throughout the buying or selling process. With over a decade of experience I’ve learned that every person requires a personalized level of service as individual as they are. You can rest assured knowing that I will handle every transaction with a genuine care and sincerity.
I’m a native Victorian born and raised here on Vancouver Island. Prior to my Real Estate career I worked as an advertising consultant for 13 years at the local community newspaper chain. I worked closely with a very diverse group of local businesses formulating and implementing print advertising campaigns across Vancouver Island. This fast paced, deadline driven, detail oriented environment dovetailed perfectly with my Real Estate career that began in 2003. To this day I remain friends and work with many of the clients and co-workers from my previous career, helping with their real estate needs.
As with most careers, education and staying up to date with the latest Innovations is key. I regularly attend Real Estate Board courses and currently hold both ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent) and SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) Designations.
Further to my Real Estate career I’m also an avid volunteer. I currently belong to the Independent order of Odd Fellows Columbia Lodge #2. Our annual events such as our Ton of Love Campaign have generated thousands of dollars for local charities and families in need. In addition to the Odd Fellows I also volunteer at various events throughout the year with the BC Cancer Foundation, CNIB, and Canadian Blood Services.
Outside of my busy work and volunteer schedule I enjoy Ball Hockey, Cycling, Weight lifting, Model Figure painting and travelling.
If you are thinking of making a move, contact me and let me earn the opportunity to be your proactive, trusted, advisor.
